Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 500 IU, Natural Beta Carotene 500 IU, Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 50 mg, Vitamin D3(cholecalciferol) 50 IU, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol succinate) 25 IU,Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 3 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5 mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3 as niacinamide) 10 mg, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5 as d-calciumpantothenate) 5 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 5 mg, Folate (folic acid) 200 mcg, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 10 mcg, Biotin (Vitamin H) 25 mcg, Calcium (calcium ascorbate and d-calcium pantothenate) 6 mg, Zinc (zinc monomethionine) 1 mg, Selenium (selenomethionine and methylselenocysteine) 10 mcg, Copper (copper sebacate) 40 mcg, Chromium (chromium picolinate) 10 mcg, Iodine (kelp (Laminaria digitata) powder (leaf) 10 mcg and Boron (boron amino acid chelate) 50 mcg.

Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry and dark place. Keep out of reach of children.

Small dogs: ¼ tsp once or twice daily mixed into food or as directed by your veterinarian. Large dogs: ½ tsp once or twice daily mixed into food or as directed by your veterinarian.
