Active Ingredients: Acai Berry (Extract) 50mg: From the fruit of the Acai Palm (Euterpe oleracea) indiginous to the Amazon River Basin. Reseach has shown that acai berries contain massive amount of antioxidants that help fight free radical damage throughout the body. It is generally thought that dieting and exercising increases oxidative stress in the body, so it only make sense to take a potent, free radical scavenger during this time. Chromium (as polynicotinate) 75mcg: Chromium is a trace mineral essential for normal blood sugar metabolism. EGCG from Green Tea Extract 225 mg: A potent antioxidant component in green tea, EGCG also helps fight free radical damage and is thought to support cardiovascular health. EGCG has been shown to increase energy expenditure (a measure of metabolism), and to increase fat oxidation. Caffeine 200 mg: Caffeine is naturally found in certain leaves, seeds, and fruits of over 60 plants worldwide, including coffee and tea, and has been shown to have a stimulating effect on mood, stamina and energy. L-Theanine 8mg: A water soluble amino acid found in green tea and in mushrooms. In-vitro and animal studies suggest that L-Theanine may also be helpful with weight loss.
